Solutions Engineer (US) at First Advantage

First Advantage is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support the Sales team with product solution design and process flow development. The role involves client onboarding, solution implementation, and account retention. The position requires 100% remote work and potential 50% travel within the United States. This is a full-time, project-based role supporting a large and growing company.

Requirements

• Requires 3-5 years of consultative sales experience and project-management/program-implementation experience.
• Experience working closely with Sales and Client Success Teams.
• Expertise in optimizing client integrations.
• Excellent client facing, presentation and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
