We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our legal and compliance department. This role is vital to the department's success, providing crucial support to ensure the smooth review of contracts and the company's adherence to laws and regulations. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can help drive improvements in our team's processes.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with the Legal team to enforce prevailing contracting and compliance guidelines, including the implementation of pre-defined compliance checks in accordance with these guidelines.
• Collaborate with other members of the Legal team and internal stakeholders on administrative matters and background checks related to company contracts.
• Assist to monitor and manage contracting compliance risks and to coordinate the resolution of any issues that arise.
• Act as a liaison between the Legal and compliance team and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication of compliance-related updates and requirements.
• Implement digital tools to streamline and enhance compliance processes.
• Provide assistance to other members of the Legal team on various special projects as needed.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Previous experience in an administrative or compliance role is a plus.
