En tant que directeur•trice de compte, tu es responsable de générer la croissance des affaires chez nos clients existants tout en assurant leur satisfaction et en solidifiant la relation d’affaires. Tu agis comme partenaire stratégique, en alignant les besoins des clients avec les services de Mirego pour maximiser leur succès numérique et faire évoluer la collaboration à long terme.

Account Owner
As an Account Owner, you are the driving force behind business growth with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction while fostering strong, strategic partnerships. By aligning client needs with Mirego’s expertise, you help maximize their digital success and cultivate long-term collaboration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them toward achieving their digital business objectives.
- Build and nurture strong, strategic, and lasting client relationships.
- Deeply understand clients’ needs and business goals to align services effectively.
- Maintain proactive and transparent communication, acting as the primary contact for strategic and administrative matters.
- Collaborate with design and delivery teams to ensure maximum impact and value of client projects.
- Own strategic decisions made and critical follow-ups with a focus on outcomes.
- Stay infrared about client needs and market trends to evolve services and reinforce Miregos’s position with key clients.
- Propose, participate in, and execute co-creation, celebration, or visibility initiatives (client events, award ceremonies, etc.).
- Conduct budget analyses and drive project profitability through close collaboration with teams and clients.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Proven experience in client account development within a digital or professional services environment.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (French and English).
- Exceptional ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate them into actionable digital solutions.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Deep understanding of business models and the ability to translate business challenges into digital opportunities.
- Autonomy in decision-making, balanced with the ability to involve the right stakeholders at the right time.
