UpGuard is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their growing team. This role involves onboarding and supporting customers using UpGuard's cyber risk management platform, proactively driving product value and adoption, and fostering strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping customers thrive and contributing to the success of the UpGuard team.
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of over 2 years in Customer Success or Account Management
- Proven experience in nurturing and cultivating robust customer relationships
- Exemplary organizational skills
- Proficiency in the realm of cyber risk management or familiarity with risk management frameworks
- Exceptional command of the English language
- Effective collaborator with the ability to seamlessly interface across diverse internal teams
- Highly motivated and inquisitive
