Data is at the heart of what we do at Bloom & Wild Group. Our BI & Analytics team empowers growth by transforming data into actionable insights and we're passionate about understanding customer behavior and identifying opportunities to delight them even more. We leverage SQL, data visualisation, and rigorous experimentation and analysis to uncover trends, predict user needs, and test hypotheses. We believe data drives positive change and empowers informed decisions and we value collaboration, continuous learning, and a data-driven mindset.

If your application is successful, the next step will be an interview with our Head of Analytical Engineering, Joan and Principal Engineer, Mavis - to run through your experience, motivations, go over the role in more detail and it will also include a SQL competency test. If you advance past this stage, youāll be asked to work on a case study and talk through your work with Joan, Em, our Director of BI & Analytics, and another member of the team. You will then have a final interview with Joe, our CTPO.
