Expert Software Engineer (Performance Engineer) at Veradigm

Veradigm is seeking a highly experienced Performance Engineer to lead performance testing for their cloud-hosted healthcare applications. The role involves designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to optimize performance, scale, and reliability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to integrate performance considerations into the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• BTech/BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA/MCA from reputed universities
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing and engineering
• Expertise with LoadRunner Cloud (script development, scenario design, execution, and analysis)
• Skilled in using tools like Fiddler, Postman, or equivalent for API debugging and traffic inspection
• Proficiency in performance testing both UI and backend services
• Solid knowledge of .NET applications, SQL Server, and web-based architectures
• Strong analytical skills in interpreting logs, system metrics, and application behaviors
• Familiarity with working in CI/CD environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
