Data Load Specialist - Senior CRI-Sabana at Equifax

Manage ongoing contractual relationships and the operational delivery of services to clients for an account or group of accounts.

What you’ll do

• Manage ongoing contractual relationships and the operational delivery of services to clients for an account or group of accounts. 
• Serve as the prime point of contact to the client(s) regarding overall and day-to-day service delivery and client satisfaction with service delivery. 
• Establish programs and maintain quality standards of existing products and services.
• Verify that critical systems are performing as expected.
• Manually load and move files for processes that are not automated.
  Maintain and monitor tools that allow for automated file moving and file loading.
• Fulfill client requests for account setups, file loads, etc.
  Input / Migrate contract into C2O
• Identify opportunities (based on the type of issues reported) to provide updates to the current process.

What experience you need 

• 1- 2 years of experience using Advanced Excel and Google sheets
• English level B2+/C1
• 1 year of C2O migration and analysis experience

What could set you apart

• Advance Excel Certification
• Knowledgeable on Vlookup, Hlookup, if, countif, sumif, Pivot tables, macros, etc.
• Working with large amounts of data (i.e., 50,000+ rows and multiple columns)
• Experience in SFDC (Sales Force) or any other onboarding tool
• Experience in C2O
• Need strong analytical skills and the ability to dig into details to understand where errors occurring
