Paid Media Specialist at HyreDay
Job Description
We are seeking a data-driven, results-oriented Senior Paid Media Specialist with a proven track record in ecommerce growth. You should bring 3–6+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across major platforms, with deep expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. You must possess strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and have a demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth at scale. Comfort with attribution and measurement tools is essential, and familiarity with Triple Whale, Northbeam, GA4, and Looker Studio is highly preferred. Excellent written and spoken English is required for client-facing communications. Bonus points for experience in creative strategy, UGC/creator campaigns, and multi-channel attribution approaches.
