Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring leader to take charge of Advidi’s Affiliate Department.

As Head of Affiliates, you’ll be responsible for driving sustainable commercial growth, building strong partnerships, and empowering a high-performing team.

This role combines strategy with action, providing clear direction and fostering meaningful collaboration across departments, with a strong focus on long-term impact. You’ll play a key part in shaping how Advidi approaches sales, partnerships, pricing, and performance in an ever-evolving affiliate marketing landscape.
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
Define and execute a growth strategy that accelerates performance and strengthens Advidi’s market position in the casual dating vertical
Anticipate industry trends and translate insights into commercial opportunities
Partner with the CEO and leadership team to develop commercial plans and ensure strategic alignment
Represent Advidi externally and contribute to the company’s reputation as a leading global affiliate network
Team Development & Leadership
Lead and develop a team of ambitious Affiliate Managers through mentoring, coaching, creating accountability, and setting clear goals and targets
Foster collaboration between Affiliate Management, Commercial Control, Pricing, Strategic Partnership Management, Tech, Data, and Marketing to ensure a unified business direction
Promote a culture of accountability, personal growth, learning, and continuous improvement across the department
Inspire the wider leadership team by setting high standards and leading by example
Partnerships & Representation
Build and maintain long-term, high-value partnerships with key affiliates and industry partners
Define and execute an affiliate segmentation strategy for acquisition, retention, and growth of the share of wallet
Represent Advidi at global conferences and events
Create win-win partnerships that drive mutual growth and innovation
Data & Performance
Own value stream and department KPIs, including revenue growth, profitability, and retention
Utilise data insights to inform commercial decisions and enhance performance outcomes
Collaborate with Tech and Reporting teams to ensure tools, dashboards, and processes support effective scaling
5+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing
3+ years of experience leading teams or departments
Proven success in scaling affiliate programs and driving business growth
Strategic and data-driven mindset combined with hands-on leadership
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong understanding of commercial planning, pricing, and partnership dynamics
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
