Client Success Manager at TouchBistro
Job Description
TouchBistro is looking for a Client Success Manager to deliver an outstanding experience for our high-value customers. You’ll own a portfolio of accounts, ensuring they get the most out of our suite of products and services, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with your customers, understand their goals, and help them succeed
- Ensure renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Care, Product, and Support to resolve issues quickly
- Drive adoption and usage by sharing best practices and rollout plans
- Advise on product improvements and support onboarding for high-value customers
- Track performance through NPS, retention, revenue growth, and product penetration
What You Bring
- You have 2+ years in client/account management
- You have strong business acumen and can influence decision makers in restaurants of all sizes
- You are comfortable leading tough conversations and building quick rapport at all levels
- You have experience working in metrics-driven environments with tools like Salesforce and Excel
- You have Tableau experience (nice to have)
- You have hospitality/restaurant industry experience (nice to have)
- You are technically inclined and can translate complex technical information into simple terms for end users
