FreedUp is seeking a Remote HR Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to HR leadership, handling administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, onboarding processes, and maintaining HR documentation. This is a remote, full-time role requiring strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and a proactive approach.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within an HR setting
- Strong understanding of HR processes, recruitment, and employee onboarding
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in HR software systems (ATS, HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Highly proactive and self-motivated
