Job Description
Experience & Background
- 3–7+ years of successful SaaS sales experience, ideally within HR tech, recruiting software, or talent acquisition solutions.
- Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and close mid-market to enterprise-level deals.
- Experience selling to HR, Talent Acquisition leaders, CHROs, and Hiring Managers.
- Background in full-cycle B2B sales—from cold prospecting and product demos to negotiation and contract closing.
- Comfortable navigating a variety of sales motions: outbound, inbound, and partner-driven.

- Consultative Selling: Strong approach to uncovering customer pain points and mapping tailored solutions.
- Complex Sales Management: Confident managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

- Sales Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, and other sales engagement platforms.
- HR Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR and recruiting workflows, including familiarity with ATS systems and hiring metrics.
