Job Description
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience with Cisco Collaboration technologies and Avaya or Nortel PBX/voice systems.
- Strong expertise in Cisco Collaboration technologies, including:
- Cisco Webex Dedicated Instance (DI)
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
- Cisco Unity Connection (CUC)
- Cisco Expressway
- Webex Control Hub
- Experience with SIP trunking, CUBE, and SBCs (AudioCodes, Ribbon, Oracle, Cisco).
- Understanding of legacy voice protocols (PRI, TDM, H.323) and modern VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, SRTP).
- Hands-on experience with voice migration projects including coexistence scenarios.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-facing skills.
