Who we are

Our team provides monthly financial statements and accounting support to a portfolio of companies owned and partnered with PLACE Inc. The majority of these businesses are rental real estate companies, but we also support real estate brokerages, real estate teams, and training companies. We are a collaborative, detail-driven team that values accuracy, consistency, and clear communication. We are looking for a reliable and experienced Accounting Assistant to join our team and help us maintain accurate financials across multiple entities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with accounting software and digital project management tools.

What is expected of you

  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and financial documents in QuickBooks, Google Drive, and Dropbox.
  • Prepare and organize financial reports for management.
    • Upload bank transactions
    • Reconcile bank accounts
    • Enter credit card transactions
    • Prepare recurring journal entries
    • Review company files to make sure all bills, checks, income receipts are uploaded for the month
  • Send out financial statements to owners after all necessary review.
  • Assist with tax documentation and loca filings.
  • Use Asana to manage accounting workflows, deadlines, and projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and ensure accuracy.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
  • Attend regular team meetings/discussions.

What you need to possess

  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role (real estate industry experience a plus).
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Asana, Dropbox, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Step 3: Client Introduction | You will be given the opportunity to meet with our Accounting Team. During this time, you are empowered to assess the opportunity we present to you. Our intention is to make sure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision.

Salary: Up to Php 67,500 per month depending on skill/experience
