Growth Project Manager (Remote) at Whitecollars
Job Description
The Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager to own marketing- and product-related projects.
They have a lot of marketing and product initiatives in the pipeline.
And we’re looking for a smart, driven project manager with a mix of marketing and product background to lead these projects from planning all the way through to execution and delivery.
You’ll be hands-on…
This isn’t a stale corporate role where your days will be filled with repetitive emails and meetings.
Instead, you’ll be talking to customers, launching new marketing initiatives, improving sales funnels, and communicating with the engineering team to turn customer needs into product features.
If you love getting your hands dirty, moving fast, and executing, then this is the role for you.
You’ll be working directly with the CEO & getting real responsibility from day 1…
You’ll have the freedom to propose new ideas and shape product and marketing strategy, while getting plenty of guidance and feedback along the way.
As we grow, you’ll have the opportunity to build the team around you (right now, we’re a team of 6).
This role is about 20% strategy and 80% execution — so you’ll spend most of your time turning ideas into action, testing, and iterating quickly.
No two days will be the same…
If you’re the sort of person who enjoys doing new things and thrives on new challenges, this role is for you. We’ve got startup DNA, but we also have the security of a profitable, established company that has been going strong for 10 years now.
What You’ll Do
Common types of projects you’ll handle:
Analytics projects – Oversee reporting and analytics initiatives (dashboards, GA4/GTM, MRR/churn analytics).
Website, funnel & collateral projects – Manage updates to our website and funnels, and deliver marketing collateral (e.g. product videos).
Traffic-driving marketing projects – Coordinate initiatives to drive more traffic through SEO, AI search, partnerships etc.
Product research & requirements – Research users, competitors, and market practices; translate findings into clear specifications and requirements for development.
Delivery of new features – Coordinate the implementation of product updates (e.g. new dashboards, UX improvements).
Team & freelancer management – Coordinate the work of our remote team (stand-ups, progress tracking, reviewing deliverables), and recruit/manage freelancers when needed.
Who You Are
Requirements:
3-4 years of project management experience in a marketing agency, SaaS, or similar digital environment
Practical experience running marketing projects — e.g. SEO, analytics, website updates, or marketing collateral.
Solid experience with marketing dashboards and metrics.
Familiarity with web technologies and the ability to comfortably collaborate with web developers.
Excellent English (C1 or higher) and communication skills.
Your approach to work:
Proactive ownership — you don’t wait for instructions, you move things forward.
Structure-driven — you thrive on creating order, and you’re the kind of person who has a list or spreadsheet for everything.
Metrics-driven — you can’t help but break problems down into data points, trends, and ratios, whether it’s a marketing funnel or a personal goal.
Versatile and curious — you enjoy taking on projects in different areas instead of staying in a narrow lane, and you’re excited to keep learning along the way.
Tech- and AI-savvy — you love trying new tools and figuring out how to make things faster, better, and more efficient.
