Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT
• 2+ years as a Team Leader or Technical Manager with a team of at least 5 people
• Strong Node.js, Meteor, MongoDB skills
• Experience working with React on the frontend
• Experience working with high-load systems and optimizing database queries
• Understanding the architecture of distributed systems, experience in optimizing performance and scalability
• Experience in finding and fixing problems with memory and processor load
• Experience in distributed teams
• English B2+
