Job Description
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a Salesforce environment.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
Proven ability to create user stories, business process flows, wireframes, and detailed documentation.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including reports, dashboards, and custom objects.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
