The role involves designing, refining, and overseeing data-driven performance strategies across multiple platforms, working closely with a PPC Specialist. The position is part-time, 2-3 days/week with potential for full-time growth.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Proven success managing £100k+/month ad budgets
• Strong background in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads
• Analytical mindset with advanced understanding of campaign attribution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience managing high-value client relationships
• Proven ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on optimization
