Responsibilities

  • Create consultant-focused enablement materials such as playbooks, FAQs, and objection-handling guides to support Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Customer Success, Partnerships, and Strategic Alliances to ensure consistent consultant engagement.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify risks and opportunities related to consultant partnerships.
  • Coordinate and participate in events and sponsorships hosted by consulting firms to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Optimize investments in consulting vendor programs (e.g., Mercer VIP) and support responses to consultant-driven RFPs.
  • Ensure consultant feedback informs go-to-market strategies and solution development.
  • Maintain strong internal relationships that reflect Hello Heart’s mission and values.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in consulting relations, partnerships, or business development.
  • Relationships with and deep understanding of firms such as Mercer, Aon, WTW, Alliant, Segal, Gallagher, and Lockton required (previous experience working at a consulting or brokerage firm strongly preferred).
  • Experience with digital health solutions, ideally in a high-growth or start-up environment.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong technical and systems literacy; adept at leveraging tools for relationship management and sales enablement.
  • Proven ability to lead externally facing presentations, manage programs, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—motivated, proactive, and passionate about improving heart health outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, ideally located in a CST zone state.
