Software Engineer (PHP) at Alongside

We are looking for a Software Engineer with a focus on PHP development to join a project with our client. The client has been established for over 10 years, is part of an international group, and develops its own product focused on the financial sector.


What You’ll Do

• Support the development of new features and maintain high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Improve and maintain Clearfacts’ core components with a focus on performance, security, and reliability.
• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and best practices.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance user experience and resolve issues.
• Optimize scalability and integrate AI to improve automation and efficiency.
• Drive innovation and continuously improve our technology and processes.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of experience in PHP development
• Experience with Symfony is a plus
• Knowledge of React is valued
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and database management using Amazon Aurora (MySQL compatible)
• Experience working in Scrum teams and close collaboration with Product Owners
• Interest or experience in the financial sector is a bonus
• Fluent in English
