This role will be within the AutoSync team. AutoSync supports over 3,500 dealerships nationwide, delivering cutting-edge software tools to simplify operations, boost marketing, and drive sales.
About the Role
We’re in search of a strategic, collaborative, and creative leader to join the AutoSync Marketing team as our Creative & Design Lead. In this role, you’llbe responsible for shaping and elevating the visual identity of one of Canada’s fastest-growing automotive technology companies.
As part of a high-performing marketing organization, you’ll lead the creative vision and execution across all AutoSync brands and products. You’ll oversee how our story is told visually — through digital campaigns, product launches, events, and sales enablement — ensuring our creative work reflects the innovation and sophistication of our technology.

On a Typical Day, You Will:
1. Lead the creative strategy and design direction for brand and product marketing across AutoSync’s portfolio.
2. Mentor and guide designers and videographers, providing creative feedback, inspiration, and leadership to help them do their best work.
3. Manage and review creative deliverables — from concept to final production — ensuring excellence in design, tone, and brand alignment.
4. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to translate complex ideas into simple, powerful visual storytelling.
5. Maintain and evolve the AutoSync brand system, ensuring visual consistency and alignment across all products and communications.
6. Introduce and champion creative best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities
1. Bring the AutoSync value story to life through impactful creative, applied across marketing, sales, and product touchpoints.
2. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand creative requirements and deliver compelling, on-brand design solutions.
3. Ensure all creative materials — digital ads, sales collateral, videos, event assets, or web content — are consistent, polished, and effective.
4. Manage relationships with external agencies and creative partners, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
5. Use performance insights to optimizecreative for engagement, clarity, and conversion.

Job Qualifications
1. Post-secondary education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
2. 8+ years of professional experience in creative or design roles, ideally within a SaaS, B2B, or technology-focused organization.
3. Proven experience leading design teams or large-scale creative initiatives.
4. Project management skills to manage creative queue.
5. Strong understanding of brand systems, storytelling, and design principles.
6. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
7. Familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, and digital content platforms.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence across teams.
9. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
10. Bilingual (French and English) is a plus but not required.
