Superside is seeking a Creative with a passion for Generative AI to deliver exceptional design work across branding, landing pages, ad and social creative, print, and presentation design.
In this role, you’ll apply your craft to produce impactful, human-centered work for a diverse range of global brands, while helping evolve our capabilities through the thoughtful integration of AI tools.

What you’ll do
Design brand identity, visual systems, and high-volume brand asset creation.Apply and adapt design systems and templates to ensure scalability, consistency, and technical excellence across all outputs.Deliver polished, brand-aligned work with precision, consistency, and attention to detail across digital and print formats.Collaborate with Creative Leads, Project Managers, and fellow designers to refine concepts, incorporate feedback, and deliver aligned, production-ready work.Partner with cross-functional teams (Creative Ops, Strategy, Marketing) to ensure design outputs meet both creative and business goals.Explore and integrate AI tools (e.g., text-to-image, layout automation, generative variations) to accelerate workflows and inspire new creative directions.Contribute to maintaining organized project files, documentation, and design libraries for future scalability.Demonstrate a solutions-oriented mindset, proactively identifying ways to enhance creative quality and team workflows.Support a positive, collaborative, and feedback-rich environment that reflects Superside’s values of kindness, ownership, and speed.What you’ll bring
Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to express creative ideas clearly and supportively.3–5 years of experience as a designer or creative, with a strong history of producing high-quality, multidisciplinary work.A strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across branding, presentations, and advertising, with examples of AI-enhanced work.Advanced skills in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation platforms.Proficient in using AI tools as part of a thoughtful and intentional creative workflow.Skilled in giving and receiving feedback with empathy and professionalism.Comfortable engaging with internal and external partners in creative and collaborative discussions.A strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across branding, presentations, and advertising, with examples of AI-enhanced work.Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail, creative integrity, and team well-being.
