Job Description

Janea Systems (USA) is a dynamic team of the best & brightest software engineering specialists and solutions innovators, from around the world. From kernel to cloud, we provide high-impact software development services to Fortune 500 companies.
We are seeking an exceptionally talented Business Development Representative to join our rapidly growing consulting team.

As a
BDR at Janea Systems, you’ll play a key role in turning warm replies into high-quality meetings for our sales team. Unlike traditional BDR roles, this isn’t about cold calling or lead sourcing. Instead, you’ll focus on building meaningful connections with decision-makers at some of the world’s leading enterprises.
You’ll work with rich lead insights — from company background to industry trends — to craft thoughtful, personalized messages that resonate. Acting as the “human in the loop” of our AI-driven lead nurturing engine, you’ll refine messaging, bring creative ideas, and help drive pipeline growth. Your ability to engage confidently with senior leaders, including C-level executives, will make a real impact on our success.
