Senior Marketing Manager (Remote in US) at Resultant
Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives that support business growth across industries and sectors. This role combines strategic planning with execution, developing campaigns that generate leads, build brand awareness, and support long-term client relationships.
You will collaborate closely with business leaders, sales, and delivery teams to shape go-to-market plans, define marketing strategies, and apply data to continually refine messaging, targeting, and channel effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings strong strategic thinking, a bias toward action, and a clear ability to turn insights into measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with go-to-market plans and support business objectives
- Translate business goals into data-informed marketing plans and use performance metrics to optimize tactics over time
- Lead demand generation initiatives including digital, email, content, and event marketing
- Use campaign analytics and marketing data to inform decisions and improve ROI
- Contribute to messaging frameworks, offering positioning, and content strategy
- Support account-based marketing and sales enablement efforts in collaboration with internal teams
- Manage content creation, distribution, and amplification to ensure consistency and impact across channels
- Oversee marketing project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination to ensure effective execution
- Support go-to-market planning for new offerings and contribute to refining existing marketing strategies
- 6+ years of B2B marketing experience in consulting, technology, or professional services
- Proven ability to translate technical or service-based offerings into compelling value propositions for B2B audiences
- Successful track record leading multi-channel campaigns with measurable business impact (pipeline influence, revenue contribution, client retention)
- Experience developing go-to-market strategies aligned with business objectives and growth goals
- Skilled in leveraging data-driven insights to guide decision-making, refine strategies, and optimize performance
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads)
- Hands-on experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and enterprise-focused strategies
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across teams and leadership levels
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
