Fi is searching for a Field Marketing Associate!

Fi is looking for a Field Marketing Associate to champion our brand within local communities and engage dog lovers through creative, localized marketing strategies. This role is a unique opportunity that blends partner relationship-building with sales in order to drive awareness for Fi’s innovative products.

If you’re excited to connect with pet owners, are a driven self-starter, put your entrepreneurial mindset to work, and collaborate to expand Fi’s reach, this role is for you. This role will start as a 30 hour per week contract position, with the potential to convert to full time.

What You'll Do:

Execute the sales playbook in market and successful work on lead generation and partner retention.

Develop and execute field marketing plans tailored to your region's unique demographics and pet owner communities.

Engage with local dog owners, businesses, and pet organizations to promote Fi and build community relationships.

Gather feedback and data from field activities to refine and optimize marketing efforts.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Previous experience in field marketing, the pet industry, or related roles (bonus).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Located in Florida, Colorado, or PacNW (preferred).

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within the assigned region with reliable transportation.

Genuine love for dogs and enthusiasm for connecting with pet owners.
