Execution Trader at Deeter Analytics

Trade Execution & Portfolio Support:

• Execute and manage day-to-day equity trades across global markets under the direction of the Principal.

• Track real-time P&L, exposures, and performance across active positions.

• Maintain accurate records of trades, execution notes, and rationale.

Market Monitoring & Research:

• Follow key market developments, earnings releases, and sector trends relevant to current and potential positions.

Principal Interaction & Growth Path:

• Work closely with the Principal to understand the firm’s trading style, risk framework, and market philosophy.

• Demonstrate initiative, reliability, and precision in execution to build trust and responsibility over time.

Qualifications

• No prior trading experience required — strong work ethic, curiosity, and diligence are essential.

• High attention to detail and ability to operate calmly in a fast-moving environment.

• Strong quantitative and analytical mindset; comfort with spreadsheets and data tools.

• Excellent English communication.
