Work location: Remote (Home Office based) – Continental Europe (Germany preferred)
Territory: EMEA
Travel activity: travel overnight as required within Europe (up to 60% of time depending on territory)

How you’ll add value…
As Channel Sales Manager – Automated & High Efficiency Cryo (EMEA), you will spearhead commercial growth by driving strategic partnerships with top distributors and resellers, expanding our reach in key markets including CGT, pharma, and biotech. Combining your channel expertise with deep knowledge of cryogenic automation, cold chain management, and GxP environments, you’ll develop and execute joint business plans that accelerate adoption of cutting-edge storage solutions. This high-impact role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader ready to shape the future of automated cryo technology.
What you’ll do…
Lead and develop our EMEA channel partner network for Automated & High Efficiency Cryo product lines, ensuring revenue, profitability, and market share targets are met.
Coach and enable partner sales teams to increase share of wallet, expand market coverage, and accelerate growth across cryogenic automation, instruments, and consumables.
Develop and execute strategic channel coverage plans tailored to key market segments (e.g. CGT, pharma, biotech) and applications in cold chain management, GxP environments, and storage workflows.
Collaborate with marketing to optimize channel marketing programs and digital sales channels.
Define and implement partner performance frameworks (e.g. scorecards, business reviews, growth plans).
Build strong customer engagement strategies, ensuring smooth transitions between direct- and channel-led models.
Conduct regular business reviews with partners, providing accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and market insights to senior sales leadership.
Proactively address operational or quality issues in collaboration with channel leaders, ensuring swift resolution.
Act as subject matter expert for automated Cryo solutions to support partners and customers alike.
What you’ll bring…
Proven track record in channel sales leadership, ideally in the life sciences or related high-tech industries.
Strong understanding of cryogenic automation solutions, cold chain management, and regulated GxP environments (experience in CGT and sample storage preferred).
In-depth experience in life sciences equipment sales within a designated region or territory.
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Experience in clinical diagnostics and biobanking is a plus.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus, like French/German).
Willingness to travel within the EMEA region.
Must hold a valid EU driver’s license.
