Job Summary

The Finance Intern will support the Finance department with day-to-day operations, financial reporting, and analysis activities. This position provides hands-on experience in financial planning, budgeting, and accounting processes while developing a practical understanding of corporate finance in a dynamic business environment.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
  • Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Participate in data collection, reconciliation, and report preparation for management review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support internal projects and audits.
  • Conduct financial research and prepare ad-hoc analyses as requested.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance team.
  • Collaborate with accounts payable and accounts receivables activities
  • Work with journal entries in the system

 

Education Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Must be in good academic standing.

English Proficiency 

Intermediate to advanced level; capable of participating in meetings and managing correspondence in English

 

Experience Requirements

  • No prior professional experience required; previous internship or academic project experience in finance or accounting is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems or ERP tools preferred.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
