Program Manager - Program Management - Nevada at Photon

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Program Manager to lead and oversee complex programs from initiation through successful delivery.

Requirements

• Define, plan, and execute programs aligned with organizational strategy and objectives
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
• Establish program governance, including clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related communications to stakeholders
• Proactively identify and manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the program lifecycle
• Identify, assess, and monitor program risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans
• Manage program budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial targets are met
• Ensure program deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder requirements
• Mentor and guide project managers and team members within the program structure
