Veolia Energie Performance is recruiting a Head of Operations and Commercial Development for its STPI subsidiary in the Nord/Normandy regions. The role requires regular travel between Douai/Maubeuge, Blainville, and the Somme. The job involves developing commercial activities, managing operations, and leading a team.

Requirements

• Maintain commercial relationships to ensure customer loyalty
• Establish and follow up on price offers related to non-forfait works in existing perimeters
• Participate in the renewal of contracts in your perimeter
• Assist in the development of commercial proposals, such as Call for Tenders
• Develop business in regions with new prospects in collaboration with the Commercial Development Service
• Ensure compliance with client cahier des charges
• Ensure that means and materials necessary for the performance of services are in place
• Follow the profitability of contracts compared to the objectives set
• Analyze financial statements and implement associated action plans
• Manage teams and organize work
• Directly manage N-1 employees and globally manage all employees in your perimeter
• Define actions to be implemented to achieve commercial, financial, and QSE objectives set by your hierarchical superior
