20four7VA is seeking a confident, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support outbound lead generation, research, and cold calling activities for a real estate business. The role includes building and filtering contact lists, verifying lead information, and calling prospects using a batch dialer system.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lead generation, list building, and cold calling (real estate experience preferred)
• Familiarity with batch dialer systems such as CallTools, Mojo, or similar platforms (or willingness to learn)
• Strong spoken English with a clear, confident tone and neutral/light accent
• Excellent communication, research, and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable, punctual, and able to deliver consistent daily performance within the scheduled hours
