Job Description
The Radiology Scheduling Coordinator provides patient appointment scheduling and customer service functions, including scheduling appointments, patient reception, appointment check-in, and insurance verification for patients in the Radiology Department.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in direct customer/patient service, or one year of experience internally within the Regions Radiology Department
- Reside in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, or South Dakota, and have a reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work free from interruptions
