Senior Backend Engineer at Blend360

• Engage with client stakeholders to gather requirements and present effective backend solutions.
• Break down complex initiatives into smaller, actionable tasks to efficiently drive technical objectives.
• Collaborate with multiple teams (internal and client) to ensure smooth interoperability and delivery.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and lead technical design efforts for scalable backend systems.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI) integrated with AWS infrastructure.
• Implement and manage workflows and pipelines using Airflow and Snowflake.
• Participate in the development of AI-driven systems, including LLM integrations and RAG frameworks.
• Ensure code quality, reliability, and performance across distributed systems.

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience building APIs with FastAPI.
• Proven experience with AWS cloud services.
• Familiarity with Airflow, Snowflake, and LLM/AI-related frameworks (Agentic or RAG systems).
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and scalable system design.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• AI-related project experience is a strong plus.

You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team.

Minimum 5 years of experience in backend development.
