Growth Assistant is looking for a Paid Social Marketing Assistant to help our marketing team keep campaigns running smoothly and on time. In this role, you’ll be hands-on with Meta Ads and other paid social platforms—ensuring every campaign is launched accurately, organized properly, and tracked effectively. You’ll play a key part in making sure our ads go live on schedule and that the team has the performance data they need to make smart decisions.

What You’ll Do:

• Be hands-on with Meta Ads: Upload, schedule, and refresh paid social campaigns weekly across Meta and other platforms.

• Maintain organization: Keep campaign and ad set names consistent with team naming conventions.

• Ensure timely launches: Manage campaign setups to make sure ads go live without errors or delays.

• Support reporting: Share quick performance snapshots and insights to help the team stay up to date.

Must Have:

• Have experience working with Meta Ads and other paid social channels.

• Familiar with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker, Triple Whale, or Rockerbox.

• Reliable and consistent—you take pride in meeting deadlines and following through.

• Detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for accuracy.

• A team player who enjoys supporting others and keeping things running efficiently.
