Avantpage is seeking an Innovation Product Strategist to bridge the gap between technology and creativity, combining hands-on development with strategic insight to identify and build custom solutions that move Avantpage's innovation roadmap forward.

Requirements

• Research, evaluate, and integrate AI and automation tools to enhance internal and external solutions.
• Conduct build-vs-buy analyses for new technologies and propose scalable implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with the Innovation team to design prototypes, proofs of concept, and integration models.
• Develop backend and full stack components to validate and scale innovative ideas.
• Stay current with trends in AI, automation, and digital innovation; share insights across departments.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Product teams to translate innovation opportunities into measurable outcomes.
