Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a creative production environment
• Strong analytical skills with familiarity with performance metrics and performance funnels across platforms
• Proven track record of growing conversion volume within CAC targets
• Deep understanding of performance marketing
• Obsession with finding what it takes to make a winning ad
