Senior Project Manager at Calix

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Success Delivery Team at Calix. The role is multifaceted, requiring strong skills in project planning, risk management, financial forecasting, stakeholder communication, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience)
• 5 years or more Project Management experience with enterprise class software and hardware implementation delivery
• Possesses strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, change management, presentation, and customer engagement skills, including financial and business acumen
• Demonstrated record of success in previous positions
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Excels at learning quickly and adapting to change
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
• Experience working with Communication Service Providers
• Proven track record of meeting project deadlines
• Ability to prioritize and work autonomously
• Excellent Oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient use in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Project, and Power Point
• Ability to effectively communicate at customer, management, and senior levels
