Revenue Operations Manager at Booksy
Job Description
Your career as Revenue Operations Manager at Booksy will give you the opportunity to design and govern the critical global Go-To-Market (GTM) processes across our key markets (UK, ES, PL, US). This isn't a job for maintaining the status quo; it's about building consistent standards and playbooks from scratch in a rapidly scaling global business.
You'll serve as a center of excellence and an embedded business partner, working closely with local operations, Country Managers, Heads of Sales/CS, Legal, and Finance/FP&A. You will have the autonomy to solve complex, global challenges and lead the establishment of systems that will define our future growth.
What You'll Lead and Shape
In this senior, non-management role, you will take ownership of processes that maximize our global revenue potential. This list highlights top priorities, but is not exhaustive:
- Quota & Territory Planning: You'll design the global methodology for quota setting, capacity planning, and territory assignments. You'll partner with Finance and Strategy to ensure target deployment is scalable and fair.
- Compensation Plan Design: You will own the global design, principles, and methodology of GTM compensation plans. Your work will align incentives with our business goals, monitoring plan effectiveness and iterating based on insights.
- Weekly Business Review (WBR) Governance: You'll define the global cadence, agenda, templates, and operating rhythm for WBRs , overseeing their rollout and adoption across all markets.
- Revenue Architecture: You will maintain the global revenue architecture framework and data model in partnership with the Growth Insights team.
To Ensure Your Success, You'll Need...
We're looking for a driven self-starter who operates effectively within a high degree of ambiguity.
- You’ll need proven, hands-on experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or Business Operations within a SaaS or marketplace business.
- Provable, deep expertise in quota/territory design, sales compensation, or GTM planning.
- A proven ability to build and standardize global processes across multiple markets.
- The aptitude of an analytical and structured problem solver, comfortable using tools like Abacum.ai, BI dashboards, and planning models (PowerBI/Looker).
- Demonstrable expertise in spreadsheet modelling, leveraging this skill for precise, data-backed decisions.
- Must be based in EST timezone.
