Lead Business Intelligence Developer (12 months FTC) at Accurx

As a Lead Business Intelligence Developer, you will be part of a team that's transforming healthcare communication with data. The goal is to evolve beyond static dashboards to use predictive, compelling data storytelling that resonates with NHS partners and internal teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technical lead in designing and running end-to-end BI solutions, especially in healthcare, tech, or other regulated environments.
• Proven leadership experience in a business intelligence role, with a track record of driving strategic initiatives and mentoring junior team members.
• Strong skills in BI tools like Power BI, advanced SQL, and DAX, along with a strong understanding of data modelling best practices.
• Experience working with PII, security best practices, and data governance frameworks.
• Strong grasp of business performance metrics and their relation to customer and user outcomes.
