We’re hiring a Social Media Manager (TikTok Shop) to represent a fast-growing clean-beauty brand. You’ll be the on-camera face of the brand—hosting engaging TikTok Lives, producing short-form videos that stop the scroll, and helping convert audiences into loyal fans. This role is perfect for creators who thrive on performance, consistency, and results.

Core outcomes:

• Host multiple weekly TikTok Live sessions that drive measurable engagement and sales.
• Film, edit, and publish 3–5 native TikTok videos per week aligned with campaign goals.
• Analyze content performance and iterate to improve reach, retention, and conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to plan live calendars and trend-based content.
• Uphold brand voice, aesthetic, and FTC-compliant creator standards.

Requirements

• 3 + years in TikTok content creation and live hosting.
• Proven ability to film, edit, and publish native short-form video content.
• Proficiency with mainstream mobile video editing software (CapCut, InShot, or TikTok native editor).
• Reliable wired internet connection (25 Mbps +) with backup option.
• Familiarity with beauty or consumer product categories.
