Your Position in Our Team
  • Lead a team of experienced and motivated backend and frontend software engineers.
  • Play an active role in shaping our backend technology stack across the organization.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
  • Be a hands-on leader who actively contributes to coding efforts, participates in code reviews, provides technical guidance, and ensures adherence to best practices.
  • Work closely with your team members to understand their strengths, areas for improvement, and career aspirations.
  • Develop personalized growth and development plans.
  • Align individual development goals with the strategic objectives of software projects.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence to achieve company objectives.
  • Direct and oversee the strategic direction of software projects, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

  • Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, ideally within SaaS platforms or startup environments.
  • Hands-on experience with the Java technology stack (Spring, Hibernate, AWS).
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling engineering teams.
  • Approachable and empathetic leadership style, combined with integrity and accountability.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience managing R&D projects and delivering successful implementations.
  • Passionate about new programming trends and enjoy working in diverse teams.
  • Fluency in both English and German.
