Regional Field Marketing Manager - APAC at SOPHiA GENETICS

This is a field based role within the territory. You will spend your time working from home-office, or travelling across your territory for customer meeting, conferences and events. Aligned to local colleague hubs, we are looking to hire this colleague in Singapore or VIC, Australia.

You will have direct input to our mission to democratize data-driven medicine for the ultimate benefit of cancer and rare disease patients across the globe.
Your mission
Working in collaboration with the local sales team, you will be responsible for defining and executing the regional marketing strategy across APAC.
The value you add
- Convert customer and marketing insight into core marketing briefs, and develop strategic marketing plans that drive successful lead generation across APAC
- Work closely with sales to create continuous alignment for business strategy, establishing relevant marketing tactics to help the same team reach their target, and drive organisational revenue growth
- Identify, coordinate and attend regionalised events for Diagnostics institutions, defining key messages and visual identity within the region
- Ensuring that regional marketing plans and all activities support global marketing objectives, and are aligned with the company's growth targets and brand standard
We know that every background is different, but to be best set for success we see you bringing:
- 5+ Years integrated marketing experience in a similar field or regional marketing role, including events
- Industry knowledge within a healthcare-related sector (ideally Clinical Diagnostics or similar)
- Experience defining regional marketing strategies for APAC, and creating marketing campaigns tailored for personas within healthcare
- Excellent understand of the lead generation cycle, with a solid awareness of conversions and activity funnels (I.e. NQLs, SQLs, Revenue Pipeline)
- Broader knowledge of digital marketing channels, SEO activities and marketing analytics higly valuable
