Requirements

• Lead the Data Operations team: mentor and manage a small team responsible for deployments, investigations, and dataset integrity.
• Own the install and investigation lifecycle: from planning client deployments to debugging underperforming models.
• Drive continuous improvement of operational processes, documentation, and internal tooling to ensure repeatability and scalability.
• Be the escalation point for complex investigations and high-impact data quality issues.
• Establish metrics and reporting to track deployment performance, investigation impact, and annotation quality over time.
• Interface with cross-functional teams: proactively coordinate with annotation workforces, CV engineers, and customer-facing teams to align goals and execution.
