Job Description

We are looking for an SFDC Lead Specialist Consultant (based in Latin America) to lead the evolution, scalability, and operational excellence of our Salesforce ecosystem across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CGC, and B2B Cloud. This role requires a technically strong, business-minded Salesforce expert who can architect scalable solutions, optimize data operations, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance end-to-end commercial processes.

The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce platform knowledge, strong data management capabilities, and proven experience supporting complex business operations. This person combines technical expertise with clear communication, autonomy, and a proactive mindset to continuously improve how Salesforce enables business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Salesforce Core, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CGC, and B2B Cloud.
Build and optimize data models, Lightning components, flows, and security settings.
Lead data operations: migrations, cleansing, mass loads, and quality control.
Support integrations with B2B, REEV, R3, MuleSoft, and related platforms.
Troubleshoot functional issues, logs, and data inconsistencies.
Evaluate new Salesforce features, test enhancements, and support releases.
Document processes and provide training to business and operational teams.
