Requirements

• Proven engineering impact in complex, cloud-based systems
• LLM expertise with at least 2 years of hands-on work in production
• Experience with evaluation frameworks for LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems
• Pragmatic judgment over novelty
• Ability to design systems and solutions in complex, high-scale environments
• Skilled communicator
