We're looking for a Managed Services Project Manager to join our award-winning NetSuite Partner, MacroFin. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our Managed Service team, where no two projects are the same.

Requirements

• Lead and coordinate a diverse range of client projects within the Managed Service portfolio
• Bring structure to ambiguous or fast-changing project scopes
• Manage internal improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and service delivery
• Support sales conversations by articulating the value of Managed Services to prospective clients
• Monitor and communicate project budgets and timelines
• Handle escalations and stakeholder communications with confidence
• Drive consistency and process improvement across Managed Services
• Collaborate with consultants and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
