Job Description
Core Experience (Must-Haves)
- Meta Ads Mastery: 2+ years of experience managing Meta Ads with a minimum personal management of $20k/month in ad spend. You must be comfortable scaling to $70k–$200k/month.
- High-Ticket/Info-Product Niche: Proven experience with coaching, education, or info-products. You must understand book funnels, webinar funnels, or application funnels. (Note: Pure e-commerce/drop-shipping experience is not relevant for this role).
- Direct Response Copywriting: You understand hooks, angles, and consumer psychology. You can write high-converting copy that speaks to pain points, not just features.
- AI Proficiency: You use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Perplexity daily to accelerate your workflow (research, copy variations, and troubleshooting).
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Data-Driven Decision Making: You can analyze CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates to diagnose funnel leaks. You don't just report numbers; you recommend fixes.
- Tech Stack: Familiarity with tracking tools (GA4, Hyros, Looker Studio) and funnel builders.
- Language: Fluent English (written and verbal) is required.
The "Batteries Included" Mindset
- Self-Directed: You figure things out without hand-holding. You ask "why" before "how."
- Async-Ready: You are reliable and organized in a fully remote environment, comfortable communicating via Slack/Loom without constant meetings.
Nice-to-Haves
