- 3+ years B2B outbound lead generation experience
- Understanding of proxies, IPs, and scraping workflows
- Apollo.io and LinkedIn outreach proficiency
- Ability to call prospects with confidence
- CRM (HubSpot preferred) experience
- Strong English writing and communication
- Ability to handle high-volume outreach
- Proven record of booking demos
- Excellent reply-handling ability
- Experience in AdTech, DataOps, SEO tools, or similar
- Strong research and ICP-identification skills
- Experience coordinating calendars and bookings
- Experience in fast-growth or startup environments
