We are product/developer-led, and this role is about building a robust creator/affiliate engine that drives real revenue. You will be measured by affiliate activity, content quality, and attributable revenue from affiliate and organic channels. You should be a hands-on doer who builds systems, not someone who merely manages task lists.

Required capabilities include recruiting and negotiating with partners, crafting compelling content briefs, producing or guiding simple video content, and using basic metrics to guide decisions. You will work in a fast-paced environment where experimentation is encouraged and data informs strategy. Strong English communication, proactive collaboration, and the ability to operate with a degree of autonomy in a remote setting are essential.
