Digital Acquisition Marketer at Seeking Leverage
Job Description
We’re seeking a data-driven Digital Acquisition Marketer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience running paid ads on at least two of the three major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google). You should have managed monthly budgets of at least $5K–$15K and demonstrated a track record of improving campaign performance through data analysis. Strong English for client communication (B2-C1) is essential. Candidates should be autonomous, proactive, and able to troubleshoot and solve problems without constant direction. You’ll need a solid understanding of key metrics (CAC, ROAS, CVR, CTR, CPC) and be able to articulate why a campaign did or did not work.
Ideal candidates are curious, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment. You should be comfortable using Slack/Zoom for communication, and you should be able to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines while delivering clear results.
